๐นRole Overview
The Support Operations Officer acts as the central operational support for country operations. This role is the unique point of contact for partners and customers, ensuring the proper implementation and use of Free2move systems and solutions. The officer contributes to network development, supports partnersโ operational success, and plays a key role in global expansion initiatives.
๐ฏ Responsibilities:
- Serve as operational support for country operations and partners
- Train partners and ensure proper use of Free2move tools and systems
- Prepare partner newsletters and communications
- Coach partners to boost deployment of their network and mobility activity
- Analyze partnersโ KPIs and provide actionable recommendations
- Create and update online and face-to-face training materials
- Participate in the creation and deployment of action plans as the main HQ interlocutor
- Inform partners about new products/services (Automatic Renting & Connected Cars)
- Support economic performance and satisfaction of partners
- Collaborate with the team to optimize operational processes and automation (automation is a plus but not mandatory)
- Manage assigned projects
๐ Education
Bachelorโs or Masterโs Degree in IT, Management, Languages, or equivalent (Business School, University)
๐ผ Preferred Experience
- Experience in operations, training, business development, project management, or customer support
