📌 Position: Key Account Agent – Free2move Tunisia

As part of our growth, Free2move Tunisia is looking for a [Job Title] to strengthen its team.

🎯 Your Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from agencies requiring additional vehicles
• Manage calls from B2B clients for rental reservations
• Search the Back Office (BO) for available vehicles, either in the Free2move fleet or through agencies
• When needed, source vehicles from external rental companies
• Create reservations and inform agencies/B2B clients about availability
• Manage extensions and returns in the BO
• Create and process invoices

• Handle breakdown reservations
• Check internal systems for vehicle mechanical/technical updates
• Liaise with agencies regarding updates
• Ensure customers qualify for replacement vehicles
• Submit warranty claims
• Provide guidance and support to agencies
• Respond to client emails through a ticketing system

🧠 Your Profile:

• Native-level British English, both spoken and written
• Ideally, some knowledge of car rental and billing processes
• High computer literacy and ability to adapt quickly to tools
• Able to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards in a team
• Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
