Your next missions :
- Provide technical support and assistance to end users on SAP S/4HANA related issues, including incident resolution, service requests and user inquiries.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues proactively.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems within the SAP S/4HANA environment, including application, database and infrastructure-related issues.
- Implement system enhancements, upgrades and patches to ensure optimal system performance and security.
- Collaborate with functional teams to analyze and resolve complex issues that require cross-functional expertise.
- Perform root cause analysis of incidents and Implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
- Maintain System documentation, including configuration guides cover troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.
- Stay up to date with the latest SAP S/4HANA Technologies, best practices and security standards.
- Participate in project implementations and provide technical expertise during different project phases.
- Contribute to the development and Improvement of internal support processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven experience in supporting SAP S/4HANA Systems, Including hands-on experience with technical components such as ABAP, Netweaver, HANA Database and FIORI.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving SAP 4/HANA technical issues, including performance optimization, system configuration and security management.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices for incident, problem and change management.
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager is a plus.
Required skills:
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture, components and underlying infrastructure.
- Proficiency in ABAP programming and debugging.
- Experience with SAP HANA database administration and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of SAP NetWeaver administration and configuration.
- Familiarity with SAP FIORI development and administration.
- Understanding of network protocols and infrastructure components.
- Experience with operating systems such as Linux and Windows Server.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both Technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to providing timely and effective support.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
