You will evolve in an ultra-dynamic, innovative, agile, internationally-focused structure and integrate our talented β€οΈteamsβ₯οΈ, full of ideas and motivation and with multidisciplinary skills, at the crossroads of the digital eco-system and the fast-changing automotive sector.
As an Automation Specialist, you will identify, analyze, and automate internal processes using innovative digital tools.
You will leverage low-code/no-code platforms and AI capabilities to boost efficiency, reduce operational costs, and empower cross-functional teams.
You will work closely with various departments to design, implement, and ensure the adoption of scalable automation solutions across Free2move.
Your next missions :
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
- Map and document workflows, defining KPIs to measure automation success.
- Build and configure applications or workflows using platforms such as Airtable, Notion, Bubble, Make, Webflow, and n8n.
- Integrate AI functionalities (e.g., chatbots, predictive analytics, intelligent data capture) to enhance processes.
- Connect systems and databases using APIs or middleware for seamless data flow.
- Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple automation projects from initiation to deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops for end-users.
- Promote best practices in automation, data security, and workflow optimization.
- Monitor and continuously improve automated processes, staying up-to-date with the latest tools and trends
Expected skills:
- Minimum 2 yearsβ experience in digital transformation, process optimization, or software development.
- Proven expertise in low-code/no-code platforms (Airtable, Notion, Bubble, Make, Webflow, n8n).
- Familiarity with AI concepts, APIs, and data integration techniques.
- Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and workflow automation tools.
- Track record of managing automation projects, ideally in an Agile environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical and creative problem-solver, eager to learn and adapt in a fast-evolving tech landscape.
- Experience in training and change management, with a focus on user adoption.
- Portfolio of successful automation projects is highly valued
Nice to have :
- Certifications in relevant platforms (Airtable, Bubble, Scrum, etc.).
- Basic development experience.
- Background in continuous improvement methodologies
