Your Role

As a Service Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring our fleet is clean, well-maintained, and ready for our customers. You will be responsible for vehicle cleaning, refueling, damage assessment, and transporting vehicles between locations across Vienna. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help deliver the best service to our users.

What You’ll Do :

• Clean and maintain our vehicles to the highest standards
• Refuel vehicles as needed
• Assess and document any vehicle damages
• Drive vehicles to and from workshops and various locations
• Retrieve vehicles from impound lots
• Work independently and efficiently throughout Vienna’s city traffic

What We’re Looking For : 

• Completed secondary education
• Valid Class B driving license (held for at least 1 year)
• Good knowledge of Vienna and its surroundings
• Proficient German language skills (clear communication required)
• Experience in vehicle preparation or a similar field is a plus
