Role Summary
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and retention strategies. This role requires a strategic mindset, hands-on experience in recruitment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to develop innovative talent acquisition strategies that align with Free2move's goals.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for various roles, from entry-level to senior positions, ensuring a smooth and timely process. This includes job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Sourcing & Outreach: Actively source qualified candidates using multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, networks) and creative sourcing techniques to build a diverse talent pipeline.
- Hiring Manager Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles. Provide guidance and regular updates on the recruitment progress and manage expectations.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional experience throughout the interview process and post-hiring.
- Data Tracking & Reporting: Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness. Regularly report insights and suggest improvements to the hiring process.
- Onboarding Coordination: Coordinate closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, contributing to a positive onboarding experience.
- Market Research & Talent Insights: Keep up-to-date with talent market trends and competitor hiring practices. Share insights with the team to improve recruitment strategies.
- Employer Brand Promotion: Assist in promoting Free2move as an attractive employer through social media, events, and other initiatives to engage prospective talent and enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and digital recruitment tools. Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.
- Languages: Fluency in French and English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
