Role Overview

You will be asked to understand the business needs/processes, to manage SAP activities by being the moderator between the different stakeholders (internal and external) as first approach and leading a team to ensure the run side and functional settings in accordance with the business requirements and activities.

Primary Responsibilities

-Collaborate with the business stakeholders to understand and analyze their requirements.
-Translate business needs into SAP 4/HANA functionalities and solutions.
-Customize and optimize SAP solutions to meet business requirements.
-Ensure data integrity and system integration across different modules.
-Act as a liaison between different external stakeholders.
-Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the external stakeholders.
-Mediate conflicts and ensure alignment of objectives and expectations.
-Oversee SAP project timelines, budgets and deliverables.
-Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure Project's success.
-Monitor project progress and address any issue or risks proactively.
-Establish and enforce governance policies and procedures for sap activities
-Conduct regular Audits and assessments to ensure system reliability and performance.
-Develop and maintain user manuals and documentation.
-Ensure troubleshooting and resolving any SAP related issues or incidents.

EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

8+ years of experience with SAP implementation.

Proven experience in project management and coordination.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

SAP Certification is a plus

HARD SKILLS (VOCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS):

Proficient in SAP S/4HANA modules (Finance, Controlling, Human Resources…)

Knowledge of integration points between SAP modules.

Familiarity with SAP best practices and industry standards.

SOFT SKILLS (BEHAVIORAL REQUIREMENTS):

Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and French.

Strong organization and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and configuration

Strong understanding of business processes and requirement analysis.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and practices.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Experience with issue tracking and project management tools, such as JIRA
