As part of our growth, Free2move Tunisia is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to strengthen its team.

🎯About the Role:

As an Accounts Payable Manager, you will lead the Accounts Payable function and oversee the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely processing of supplier transactions.

This is a hands-on management role combining team leadership with strong operational involvement. You will manage a portfolio of entities and complex suppliers, support month-end and year-end closing activities, and act as a technical reference for the Accounts Payable team.

You will also act as the Key User for the AP automation and invoice management solution (Yooz or equivalent), driving effective system usage, workflow optimization, and continuous process improvement.

🛠️ Your missions:

1-Accounts Payable & P2P Operations:

• Manage a portfolio of entities and complex suppliers, covering the full AP cycle.

• Review, process, and record supplier invoices, including PO and receipt matching where applicable.

• Manage supplier reconciliations, disputes, and complex issues.

• Perform account analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Contribute to monthly and annual closing activities.

• Monitor AP performance through relevant KPIs and reporting.

2-Team Management:

• Organize and allocate the team's workload and priorities.

• Coach, develop, and support team members.

• Act as the technical point of reference for complex accounting matters.

• Monitor team performance and ensure processing, payment, and closing deadlines are met.

• Foster strong collaboration with Procurement and operational teams.

3-Process & Continuous Improvement:

• Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and internal control requirements across the P2P process.

• Act as Key User for Yooz or an equivalent AP automation solution, providing functional support and contributing to system improvements.

• Drive process optimization initiatives, including ERP, automation, e-invoicing, and workflow improvements.

• Act as the main Finance contact for auditors on AP-related matters.

• Contribute to the definition and continuous improvement of AP KPIs.

🧠 The profile we're looking for:

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Professional accounting qualification such as DCG, DSCG, CCA, or equivalent is a plus.

Experience:

• 8–12 years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Procure-to-Pay.

• Experience within a multinational company or Shared Services Center (SSC) is strongly preferred.

• Proven experience managing or coordinating a team.

Skills :

• Strong technical expertise in Accounts Payable and P2P.

• Strong leadership and team development skills.

• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.

• Autonomy, responsiveness, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong customer and service orientation.

• Continuous improvement mindset.

Languages:

• Fluent/strong French proficiency.

• Strong professional English, with the ability to work effectively with international stakeholders.

Systems & Tools:

• Advanced Excel skills.

• Strong ERP knowledge, ideally SAP.

• Experience with an AP automation and invoice workflow solution such as Yooz.

• Previous experience as a Key User or functional lead is a strong advantage.
