๐ฏ Your Mission
As an Inbound Sales Intern, you will be the first point of contact for customers looking for mobility and car rental solutions.
You will receive incoming requests from German-speaking customers and help them find the best rental solution according to their needs, while contributing directly to business growth and customer satisfaction.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, sales, and customer interaction in an international environment.
๐ Main Responsibilities
Manage inbound customer requests related to car rentals and mobility services
Identify customer needs and propose the most suitable solution
Support customers throughout the booking process
Ensure an excellent customer experience and high satisfaction levels
Contribute to sales performance and business growth objectives
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Maintain accurate customer and booking information in internal tools
๐ค Profile We Are Looking For:
๐ Educational Background
Currently pursuing a Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Sales, Business, Commerce, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
A specialization in Sales or Customer Relations is a plus
๐ ๏ธ Hard Skills
Strong interest in sales and customer relationship management
Ability to identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions
Comfortable handling inbound customer requests
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation principles
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with CRM tools or customer support platforms is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment
๐ Linguistic Skills
Native or fluent German (mandatory)
Good level of English (minimum B2)
Spanish is a plus but not mandatory

Starting Date: August 2026
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Working Mode: On-site during the onboarding period, with the possibility to switch to a hybrid mode after 2 months (depending on performance and autonomy): 3 days in the office / 2 days working from home
