JOB OVERVIEW:

As our Insurance Offer & Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role at the heart of Free2move’s growth engine. Reporting directly to the Head of Insurance, your mission is to support the daily management of our insurance products and help coordinate their distribution across our markets.

You will act as the operational link between our global insurance strategy and local execution. You will balance two main missions: supporting the business growth of insurance options (excess reduction, protection plans) across our Rent services, and ensuring smooth operational management (fleet insurance tracking, billing, and claims monitoring).

More specifically, you will be responsible for :

Operational & Claims Support :

• Claims Monitoring: Follow up on the claims lifecycle and act as a reliable point of contact between local operations and insurance partners.

• Portfolio Administration: Support the daily management of our motor insurance lines and rental-specific coverages (billing accuracy, fleet updates).

• Compliance & Processes: Ensure operational processes comply with regional guidelines and continuously help streamline insurance workflows.

Business & Offer Coordination :

• Product & Offer Support: Help roll out and maintain insurance products across our markets, ensuring local teams have the right promotional materials and product knowledge.

• Network Coordination: Assist in coordinating insurance product distribution through our dealer network (providing tools, answering basic queries).

• Performance Tracking: Follow key performance indicators (take-up rates, margins) and help prepare analytical reports to identify growth opportunities.
  

The profile we're looking for :

Education & Experience :

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Law, or Insurance.

• Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the insurance, car rental, or mobility sector. Profiles with a first successful experience (including strong apprenticeships/work-study programs) are welcome.

• Languages: Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is mandatory to interact with our international teams and dealers daily.

Other Skills :

• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with numbers; ability to track KPIs and use MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) or Google Sheets efficiently.

• Proactive & Adaptable: Ready to learn quickly and evolve in a fast-paced, international mobility environment.

• Good Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to interact smoothly with dealers, fleet managers, and internal departments.

• Organized: Ability to handle operational deadlines with rigor and manage projects forward with minimal supervision.
