Main Mission
Contribute to boosting our B2B inbound marketing by setting up and optimizing high-performing CRM and marketing automation campaigns.
The goal: turn our customer data and content into powerful growth and retention drivers.
Your next Responsibilities:
1. CRM & Marketing Automation
Configure, customize, and optimize CRM tools (Pipedrive / Airtable / others) to support B2B campaigns.
Set up automated email marketing workflows (welcome flows, nurturing, upsell).
Segment and analyze customer/prospect data for highly targeted communication.
Track and improve key KPIs (open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate).
2. Content Production & Management
Feed digital channels (website, blog, newsletters, social media) with relevant B2B content.
Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Collaborate with sales teams to produce high-value content (case studies, white papers, one-pagers).
3. Social Media Management (B2B focus)
Deploy an editorial calendar tailored to professional audiences (LinkedIn as a priority / Reddit, etc.).
Publish, manage, and engage with communities.
Analyze performance (reach, engagement, conversions).
4. Analysis & Reporting
Monitor KPIs of digital and CRM campaigns.
Produce monthly performance reports (traffic, ROI, engagement).
Identify trends and propose concrete optimizations.
Target Market Scope: EMEA & USA
Your Profile:
Master’s student or equivalent (digital marketing, business, communication, data/CRM).
Previous experience (internship/project) in CRM, marketing automation, or digital marketing is a plus.
Comfortable with digital tools (CRM, email marketing, social media, Google Sheets/Excel, Google Analytics).
Strong written and spoken communication skills (French & English).
Curious, autonomous, analytical, and results-driven.
What You Will Bring
Strong understanding of B2B marketing fundamentals (lead generation, nurturing, conversion).
Familiarity with CRM tools and an interest in marketing automation.
Skills in digital content creation (landing page writing, SEO optimization, storytelling).
Analytical mindset to track performance and turn insights into actions.
Creativity to test, innovate, and continuously optimize.
