We are looking for a proactive IT Support Specialist to serve as the technical backbone of our daily operations.
In this role, you aren’t just "fixing computers"—you are the architect of a seamless employee experience. You will manage our modern cloud-first ecosystem (Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf) and ensure our team has the tools they need to innovate without friction.
Core Responsibilities
Service Excellence: Own the Jira Service Management queue. You’ll triage, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software requests with a focus on high "First Response" quality and employee satisfaction.
Identity & Access Management: Act as the primary administrator for Okta and Google Workspace, managing the secure lifecycle of user identities, groups, and permissions.
Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end onboarding/offboarding process. You’ll ensure new hires have a "Day 1" ready experience and handle secure offboarding to protect company data.
Fleet Orchestration: Manage our Apple-centric fleet using Jamf Pro. You’ll ensure devices are patched, secure, and compliant while maintaining an impeccable hardware asset database.
Infrastructure Support: Maintain office connectivity (UniFi) and provide expert-level macOS troubleshooting for both remote and hybrid staff.
Knowledge Engineering: Translate complex technical workflows into clear, accessible "How-To" documentation within Confluence for both the IT team and end-users.
What You Bring ?
The Essentials
Experience: 3+ years in a dedicated IT Support or Systems Admin role, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
The Apple Expert: Deep technical knowledge of macOS and the Apple ecosystem. You know your way around Terminal and system preferences like the back of your hand.
The SaaS Stack: Hands-on administration experience with Okta, Google Workspace, and the Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence).
MDM Mastery: Practical experience using Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager for zero-touch deployment.
Network Literacy: A solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs) and experience with UniFi or similar enterprise Wi-Fi solutions.
The "Bonus" Points
Automation: Ability to write basic Python or Bash scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
API Savvy: Experience interacting with APIs (specifically Atlassian) for custom data exports or reporting.

Clarity: You can explain "why the VPN isn't connecting" to a non-technical person without using confusing jargon.

Ownership: You don’t just close tickets; you look for the root cause to ensure the problem doesn't happen again.
