To support this expansion, we are looking for an Account Executive to manage and grow our Dutch & German markets, working closely with our experienced sales & account management team.
π― Your Mission
Acquire & Manage: Develop a portfolio of B2B carsharing clients in the Netherlands and Germany, while identifying new business opportunities.
Sales & Negotiation: Conduct sales calls, present tailored mobility solutions, handle objections, and close deals.
Client Relationship: Ensure customer satisfaction, build long-term partnerships, and maximize retention of our car sharing portfolio.
Market Strategy: Analyze market trends in Netherlands & Germany, providing insights to refine our go-to-market strategy.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to enhance the customer experience.
Follow-up & Reporting: Manage your sales pipeline, track progress, and report on key performance indicators.
π§ What You Bring
Fluency in German, Dutch (C1/C2) and English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Sales expertise: Previous experience in account management, sales, or business development.
Customer-focused mindset: Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Negotiation skills: Persuasion, objection handling, and deal-closing abilities.
Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, sales automation software, and digital communication platforms.
Autonomy & Organization: Ability to manage multiple deals while maintaining a structured approach.
Knowledge of the automotive/mobility sector is a plus but not required.
