We are looking for a strategic and innovative Brand Content & Social Media manager to join our team.
This pivotal role will lead the creation, design, and management of content across all brand channels, including social media, websites, and digital platforms.
As the Brand Content & Social Media manager, you will be directly responsible for increasing brand awareness across Europe and the United States, playing a key role in shaping and executing a unified content strategy that drives engagement, elevates our brand presence, and builds strong connections with our target audiences in both regions.
🎯 Your Mission
As the Brand Content & Social Media manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a compelling content strategy to increase brand awareness, engage our target audiences, and strengthen our presence across international markets.
📌 Your Key Responsibilities
✅ Brand Strategy & Awareness
- Develop and implement a content strategy that enhances brand visibility and strengthens our positioning in Europe and the U.S.
- Ensure a consistent and engaging brand voice across all digital platforms.
- Collaborate with regional teams to adapt content to local cultures while maintaining global brand consistency.
✅ Content Creation & Management
- Oversee the creation of engaging, high-quality content (articles, videos, infographics, newsletters, etc.).
- Lead and inspire a team of content creators and designers to produce impactful content tailored to various channels and audiences.
- Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure timely and relevant content publication.
✅ Social Media & Community Engagement
- Define and execute a social media strategy to increase brand reach and engagement.
- Manage and grow our social media communities by engaging with audiences, influencers, and brand advocates.
- Ensure a dynamic, trend-driven content approach that resonates with our target markets.
✅ Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Analyze content performance and audience engagement using data-driven insights.
- Adjust strategies to optimize reach, impact, and brand loyalty.
- Report key metrics and trends to senior leadership to continuously refine our approach.
✅ Cross-functional Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with marketing, PR, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Lead and mentor a team of content creators, social media managers, and designers.
- Foster innovation, creativity, and best practices within the team.

🎨 Content & branding expert with 5+ years of experience in international markets (Europe & U.S.).
📢 Digital & social media savvy, with a deep understanding of trends and audience engagement.
📊 Data-driven mindset to measure and optimize content effectiveness.
💡 Creative & strategic thinker, capable of driving impactful storytelling.
📝 Fluent in English and French, with excellent writing and communication skills.
