Job Opportunity: Quality Assurance Specialist (Free2move Tunisia)
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to enhance the Quality Management system, ensuring internal and external quality targets are met in customer service.
- Contribute to developing new quality concepts and innovative ideas.
- Foster cross-departmental cooperation and engage with external service providers.
- Demonstrate commitment to optimizing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct external audits.
- Act as the primary contact for our first-level support service provider in customer service, assisting with email and call handling.
- Supervise the operational control and monitoring of the service provider to achieve agreed-upon KPIs.
- Regularly analyze and assess data, deriving potential service improvement measures as needed.
- Lead projects within the customer service team.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management.
Required Skills:
- Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Tourism Management, or similar.
- Extensive professional experience in customer service/call center roles.
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Native-level German and fluent English; additional languages like Spanish, French, or Dutch are advantageous.
- Strong social skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional organizational skills and analytical thinking.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Access).
- Experience establishing Quality Management systems and conducting audits.
- Interest in flexible mobility concepts.
- Openness to travel and possession of a valid driver's license (Class B).
