Our environment :
Among the Car On Demand Team, you will be directly responsible for a portfolio of clients for the subscription service and you will be in charge of all the sales cycle from the explication of our product to the closing of the contract.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will take contact with incoming prospects B2B/B2C and present our offersTo do this you will have to discover and qualify their needs
You will become an expert in sales pitching and handling of objections
You will send targeted quotes to prospects
You will follow-up our prospects from the first contact to signature (closing)
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Degree in Sales/Management/ Business
- Fluent en French
- English is a plus in our international organisation
- You know how to use Pack Office and have a good understanding of what a CRM is
PERSONAL SKILLS
- Tenacity and motivation: You strive to meet and exceed objectives
- Know how to remain courteous in all circumstances
- Selling skills: persuasion, negotiation, etc.
- Ability to quickly adapt to customer needs, knowing how to propose the ideal offer among the various options available
- Perfect ease in customer contacts, both written and oral
- Knowledge/interest in the automotive world is preferred
