What You'll Do π οΈ
- Conduct in-depth SEO audits to spot and fix technical issues affecting site performance and visibility π
- Optimize on-page elements: meta tags, internal linking, URL structure, content hierarchy, and schema markup π
- Collaborate with developers and designers to embed SEO best practices into our website architecture and UX π€
- Enhance Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness, and page speed β‘
- Develop and execute ethical link-building strategies to grow domain authority and rankings π
- Analyze competitorsβ backlinks and identify new high-quality opportunities π
- Work with content and outreach teams to promote content and boost brand visibility π£
- Track and report on SEO KPIs using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other top tools π
- Proactively identify and resolve traffic drops, ranking changes, or technical issues π οΈ
- Lead/support domain migrations, restructures, or platform changes to ensure smooth SEO transitions π
- Stay on top of SEO trends and algorithm updates to keep us ahead of the curve π§
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate colleagues on SEO best practices π₯
Who You Are π€
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record in both on-page and off-page strategies π
- Strong technical SEO skills (crawl budget, indexing, redirects, site structure, etc.) π₯οΈ
- Experience managing large-scale projects (site migrations, international SEO, enterprise-level strategies) π
- Proficient with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc. π οΈ
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail π
- Fluent in English, with top-notch written and verbal communication skills π£οΈ
- Strong project management, organizational skills, and autonomy π
- Team player with a passion for SEO and digital innovation π‘
