Your Tasks

  • Help us make Free2Move a global carsharing and mobility empire with an amazing product that will rock people’s socks.

  • Be a people person. Develop and support your team, as well as any member of Free2Move where needed.

  • Scope project requirements, from our external mobility partners as well as internal assignments, including but not limited to budget preparation, time-management, and priority.

  • Steering projects from end-to-end, from conception to delivery in our agile teams, focusing on quality, resources, and delivery.

  • Work with the Agile Coach, CPO and CTO in order to optimise and standardise our process flow to the team.

  • Be Proactive and monitor projects in order to identify potential risks or issues as well as the successes.

Your Profile:

  • At least 4 years of experience working as a Project Manager, or a similar role, in high-performing, cross-functional technical teams within a fast-changing digital environment.

  • You know what it takes to build and maintain large-scale applications and services. You’re comfortable facilitating and participating in the architectural and technical decisions made in the team.

  • You can balance customer needs with business priorities... and articulate the rationale behind prioritisation decisions with a product roadmap.

  • Ability to identify subsequent projects immediately from both external and internal sources

  • A strong technical background or understand is considered a plus.

  • An analytical mindset

  • A proven ability to evaluate opportunities, and install a goal-driven mindset.

  • You are an excellent communicator and know how to inspire, motivate and support a team to get things done.

  • Ability to make decisions in ambiguous situations, resolve conflicts effectively and seek guidance when needed

  • You have experience with data-driven development and a deep knowledge of agile methodologies is considered a plus.

  • Familiarity with modern mobile application development and multi-platform apps is a plus.

  • Fluent English is a must, other French or German are definitely a plus.

  • Familiarity with RESTful applications a plus
