Starting from December we are looking for you as a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) responsible for the german market during business hours (Mo-Fr)


Your tasks:

  • Answer user requests about our product via e-mail, telephone, social media and app stores
  • Test app functionality/features according to user feedback
  • Shape user feedback into product features together with our different teams and help improving our product
  • Report bugs and work close with our developers
  • Become the voice to the customer, create texts, help with translations and build the product communication
  • Communicate directly with our suppliers and assign tasks to them
  • Integrate articles about providers, new services and product updates on the website
  • Maintain the Help Center (FAQs, etc…)
  • Create weekly analysis and report of department’s KPIs
  • Prepare and evaluate user surveys to manage customer feedback
  • You also have space to set your own projects


Requirements

Your profile:

  • You are motivated and proactive and would like to get experience in Customer Success
  • You love user contact and like to improve user communication
  • You are a good communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • You have at least basic excel skills
  • You can work independently and make your own plan to achieve goals
  • You are solution-oriented, easily understand given tasks
  • You enjoy working as a part of the team
  • You speak German on a native level with fluent English skills
