## ⚖️ **About the Role**

We are looking for a **Legal Counsel Intern** to join our Legal Department and support the team across a wide range of legal and compliance matters related to our mobility activities.

This internship is a great opportunity to develop your legal skills in an **international and dynamic environment**.

🎯 **Your Responsibilities:**

- Conduct legal research on topics such as consumer law, business law, contract law, GDPR, and digital law.

- Draft legal memos, summaries, and internal training or support materials.

- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating contracts (NDAs, service contracts, amendments, DPAs, etc.).

- Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to Free2move’s operations.

- Support compliance initiatives (e.g., GDPR, consumer protection).

- Provide administrative and organizational support in litigation and debt recovery (preparing case files, organizing documentation).

- Help manage internal legal tools (contract database, document archiving, deadline tracking).

🧠 **Your Profile** 🎓

- Master’s degree student in **Business Law, Contract Law, Digital Law** , or related field.

- A strong command of French 🇫🇷, English 🇬🇧, and German 🇩🇪 is essential for this position.

- Interest in **mobility, innovation, and digital services**.

📍 **INTERNSHIP DETAILS**

- Starting Date: ASAP, November maximum December 2026

- Internship duration :6 MONTHS 

- Working Hours: 35 hours per week

- Working Mode: On-site internship at our **head office in the heart of Paris’ 9th district**

💰 **PACKAGE**

- €1,200 Gross monthly remuneration
