You will be directly responsible for a portfolio of clients and in charge of handling all customer requests after the contract signature by the sales team and maximize revenues for it.

Your next missions :

More specifically, you will be responsible for :

• Onboarding customers on the integrality of our B2B services : Carsharing (cars for minutes and days) , Short term rental (car for days and weeks), Mid term rental (cars for several months), Connected Fleet management, Mobility Card

• Perform trainings to customer internal teams and ensure perfect adoption of the services

• Liaise daily with IT, finance and sales team to ensure optimal collaboration to solve your customer issues

• Increase global revenues of your customer portfolio by performing efficient cross-selling & upselling

• Monthly follow-up with your customers including on-field meetings and reporting to maintain optimal customer loyalty

• Conduct sales actions and animate your market to increase revenues : dormant accounts and churners

• Perfect knowledge of our services and processes

Expected skills:

• 🔧 Degree in Sales/Management/Commerce
• 🔧 Fluency in written and spoken English
• 🔧 1 year experience minimum in the same role would be appreciated
• 🔧 Use of pack Office and CRM tools (Pipedrive, Salesforce etc)

• 🔧 Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
• 🔧 Ability to negotiate with unsatisfied customers
• 🔧 Tenacity and motivation: striving to meet and exceed objectives
• 🔧 Knowing how to remain courteous in all circumstances
• 🔧 Selling skills: persuasion, negotiation, etc.
• 🔧 Ability to quickly adapt to customer needs, knowing how to propose the ideal offer among the various options available
