O candidato irá juntar-se às equipas de Operações Free2move Car On Demand.
Numa fase de expansão da nossa frota em que o apoio ao cliente e a gestão da frota são
fundamentais, a Free2move está a reforçar a equipa.

O candidato ideal será capaz de trabalhar num ambiente de ritmo acelerado e ajudar o
Gestor de Frota nas suas tarefas diárias, descobrindo todos os aspectos do ciclo de vida
de um automóvel na indústria de rent-a-car.

Descrição do trabalho:

• Tarefas administrativas:

- Conhecer o dia a dia de uma empresa de aluguer de veículos – gestão do
arquivo físico e atualização de dados contabilísticos/ financeiros;
- Receber e enviar correspondência, organizar documentação, elaborar
relatórios;
- Auxílio nas diversas atividades administrativas.

• Tarefas relacionadas a gestão de frota:

- Gestão e manutenção da frota;
- Apoio à monitorização e recuperação de veículos (entrega aos clientes e
devolução);
- Ser capaz de assegurar um acompanhamento dos carros problemáticos para
oficinas ou concessionários;
- Gestão e verificação dos quilómetros dos veículos para marcação de revisão
e para controlo interno.

• Tarefas relacionadas ao Customer Sucess:

- Deverá auxiliar o cliente em todas as etapas, por esse motivo o contacto com
o cliente será permanente, sendo necessário receber/realizar chamadas,
responder e-mails tanto de clientes B2B como de clientes B2C;
- A satisfação do cliente é fundamental - assegurar um bom atendimento ao
cliente, procurando a melhoria dos processos internos e externos;
- Gestão e verificação dos contratos dos clientes: quilometragem percorrida,
faturação ao cliente entre outros;
- Estar em contacto permanente com a equipa de vendas para coordenar:
renovações de contrato, entrega de viaturas etc;

• Descrição do perfil:

• Imprescindível português nativo e inglês para negócios
• Disponibilidade para trabalhar num ambiente dinâmico e de ritmo acelerado;
• Facilidade em falar com os clientes por telefone;
• Sentido de satisfação do cliente;
• Proficiência em ferramentas de escritório incluindo Excel (ou outras folhas de cálculo);
• Capacidade de estabelecer processos;
• Rigor, capacidade de resposta, capacidade de síntese e argumentação;
• Organização e autonomia;
• Inglês para Negócios;
• Carta de Condução obrigatória;
