MISSÃO:

• Serás o coordenador principal da atividade de Rent-a-Car Free2move Rent com a Stellantis NSC (National Sales Company). O teu principal objectivo é gerir, coordenar e melhorar os processos que envolvem a atividade de Rent-a-Car do Grupo, incluindo aspetos operacionais, legais e logísticos.

TAREFAS ESPECÍFICAS E PRINCIPAIS DEVERES:

• Definição das políticas comerciais da Free2move Rent, modelo de negócio, holding costs, margens, etc

• Comunicação com a rede nos infleets/defleets, política anual, KPI's mensais.

• Sites da marca e validação de conteúdos no site Free2move

• Preparação de relatórios e apresentações para a sede da F2M, NSC, rede, Marcas e BR

• Coordenação dos aspectos Jurídicos (contratos da rede, T&C, licenças, etc.)

• Gestão do seguro de frota e relação com seguradora de rede/frota

• Coordenação de reclamações, facturas e reembolsos para concessionários e Stellantis

• Gestão da assistência em viagem e relação com a rede/cliente/fornecedor

• Gestão da frota na plataforma Free2move (infleet, defleet, alterações, documentação, reclamações)

• Logística da frota com a coordenação da preparação da frota, identificação da marca, distribuição à rede e documentação

• Coordenação das operações de defleets com o departamento de VO

• Faturação mensal dos HC

• Coordenação com as equipas de Brand Marketing para atualizar os seus websites no que diz respeito ao conteúdo do Rent

• Apoio local na implementação de novos serviços de Free2move / Stellantis / Marcas

• Apoio aos concessionários com visitas, contactos telefónicos, e-mail, para definir objetivos de frota e KPI

• Conceber planos de ação para ajudar os concessionários a melhorar as receitas das empresas
