Free2move North America is in search of a highly motivated, self starter for our Fleet Management Clerk position for our Portland and Denver mobility hubs. This position is physically located in Portland, Oregon. This role provides real operational support for Free2move Car Sharing partners and customers, this position participates in the development of mobility within the network Portland and Denver, as well as directly supporting the city in operational and clerical matters, such as coordination on bad debts, insurance claims and repairs.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• At the heart of our mobility hubs, you will be critical in managing the organization of the office, including managing all incoming mail (physically located in Portland and supporting Denver remotely)
• You support our Fleet Manager, and Supervisors in fleet management and other matters within Portland and Denver
• You will be responsible for producing First Notice of Loss (FNOLs) with insurance companies
• You will be responsible for following claims to completion
• You analyze all the KPIs, carry out the necessary reports and recommend action plans.
  
• You train your partners in our tools and systems. You guarantee their perfect use by analyzing the automatic and field Check-Up Reports.
  
• You participate in the creation of action plans and participate in their concrete deployments (analysis and automation of data and KPis).
• You keep partners informed of developments in products / services.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience
• Experience in business administration, clerical or fleet management is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience
• Prior experience in car sharing or rental car operations strongly preferred
  
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work within tight timeframes
  
• Ability to find needed resources
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• Problem solver drive to create solutions
• Ambitious self-starter who enjoys a challenge and continuous learning
• Strong computer skills
