You will handle sales projects for our car subscription service Car On Demand along with all new B2B services project topics
About our subscription offer: Car On Demand provides a monthly subscription access to a brand new vehicle without commitment, all inclusive (insurance, roadside assistance, maintenance & delivery), to both company and individuals. The service is present in FR / ES / PT / GB / DE / US, more to come in 2023.

Your main missions will be to:
Monitor the service performances on a daily, weekly & monthly basis
Actively participate in the definition, building and preparation of Sales projects
Defend Free2move best sales interests while discussing sales opportunities with 3rd parties: brands, subcontractors etc
Constantly connect with Acquisition/Marketing, Customer Success & Ops teams to guarantee an optimal customer experience
Participate in product and sales improvement through constructive feedback
Optimise the current Sales process through bêta testing and outbound call listening
Benchmarking of Sales strategies from competitors including tooling, process, funnel and product strategy
Build-up sales targets and forecasts hand in hand with the Sales Team Lead on a global scope
Reporting on actions plan & team performance
Participate to key external events of the industry
Master degree with 3 years min. experiences
Organisation and Planning skills
Leadership and Operational Efficiency
Excellent sales skills: persuasion, negotiation, rigorous in the sales process
Successful experience in project management, specifically in sales
Start-up mindset, attraction being involved on transversal project requiring sales vision
Be proactive and have strategic & operational approach of key topics
Master the ‘classic’ sales stack: Sales CRM (Pipedrive / Salesforce / others), emailing, social selling, meeting tools, etc
Native in French or English, bilingual in English, a 3rd language among the following would be a plus : Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian. Internal communication language will be either French or English, same for working language
Knowledge/attraction in/for the automotive industry, a first successful experience would be an advantage
