Job Overview:

Free2Move (F2M) is looking for a Data as a Service (DaaS) Implementation Specialist as part of our growing Data as a Service business. Intervening both before sales and at the time of implementation as well as throughout the relationship with the client, you are in a key position when it comes to evaluating the technical feasibility of a project and the associated roadmap. You support the customer to accelerate his integration and follow the operation of his account on a technical level and post-integration KPIs follow-up.

You evolve in constant relation with the technical teams of the client and those of Free2move.

The ideal candidate will have a technical background that will allow him to successfully integrate clients and ensure rigorous monitoring of the production of each of the accounts.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Support partners / customers who wish to integrate with F2M APIs

• With an understanding customer needs, write and manage the product roadmap and translate into clear specifications for the technical team

• Manage implementation timelines for product launches

• Monitor sales targets achievement, conduct actions to customer and produce reports

Experience & Qualifications:

• Engineering degree with +3 years experience in product / solution designing, integration t

• Experience in the field of IoT prefered

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

• Ability to work independently, prioritize, manage workload to strict deadlines and operate effectively under remote management

• Team player and creative thinker
