> You will ensure permanent competitive intelligence on all services/markets.
> You manage the deliveries of case studies, landing pages, video tutorials, webinars, emails, and slides with our relevant customer feedback, best practices, highlights provided by marketing sales and design team.
> You will help marketing team to implement solutions of onboarding, retention, reactivation and loyalty program to grow our user base and foster the engagement of our users.
> You analyse, communicate and optimize the performance of the website and app on a daily/weekly/ monthly basis.
> You develop an a deep understanding of our markets, customers, products, users needs or lack of product understanding by doing interviews, reading support tickets and competitors to generate insights.
> You will work closely with the Product, Engineering, Biz Dev and Growth Marketing teams to prepare, execute features launches and to create impactful creatives to promote with efficiency our communication.
> You create, maintain, and refresh assets to support Sales and Customer Success in collaboration with design and communication teams.
> You test and learn everyday to analyse all campaign performance of your and prioritize your actions.
> Fluent or advanced English level.
> UI/UX basic notions.
> Usage of a ticketing software (Jira, Notion..).
> Usage of Microsoft Office suite or G Suite.
> Usage of tracking tools (analyltics, adjust, mixpanel).
> Usage of Google Analytics.
> Graduating in higher education relevant to project / digital management.
> Looking for a challenging end of studies internship.
> Passionate about mobility and new technologies.
> Comfortable working in an agile environment.
> Autonomous, organized, dynamic, curious, pedagogue and know how to be proactive.
> Recognized for your ability to analyze, synthesize, express, and write.
> Rigorous and pragmatic, you have good interpersonal skills, a strong ability to adapt, a sense of listening and a team spirit.
