Within the Marketing team of Free2move, you will be at the heart of the knowledge and marketing strategy on the BtoB market (DaaS / SaaS dedicated products + BtoBtoC products), on an international scope (France, Europe, US).
In coordination with the central and local teams, you will work on various projects:
Market and customer analysis
> Analysis of the BtoB market and Free2move's positioning (competitive intelligence, market studies, customer interviews)
> In conjunction with our data scientists, building a vision of BtoB prospects and customers in order to better understand their behavior and needs
> Define customer segments and develop effective action plans
> Construction of presentations, leaflets, presentation materials, around our offers, in support of the sales teams
> Production of high value-added materials (white papers, business cases, webinar materials), potentially in collaboration with BtoB partners
> Assistance in the preparation of information and/or training meetings for sales teams and brands
Communication and events
> In conjunction with the communications team and operational marketing teams, build roadmaps and develop them into impactful communications
> Helping to identify and prepare key events for the BtoB market
Projects and customer journeys
> Work with sales, product and tech teams to identify pain points and improve the customer journey and processes
> Define actions to promote value development (cross sell and up sell), retain BtoB customers and limit churn
> Participate in the identification and marketing of new BtoB products and features
> 5 years of higher education, business or engineering school.
> At least 2/3 years of experience, ideally on SaaS products for fleet managers, or more globally in the mobility sector (automotive, mobility solutions or services provider, mobility consulting)
> You have a strategic and marketing vision, excellent writing skills and impeccable spelling, sense of teamwork, organization and autonomy, ability to convince.
> Fluent English (working with international teams), other languages appreciated.
