MISSIONS

• Take full ownership of sales and marketing job positions 
• Develop the recruitment strategy to source, attract and recruit talent across both the french and international markets
• Work hand to hand with our hiring managers in order to help them identify their needs and challenge their team’s organization.
• Work with a variety of recruitment tools to create candidate pipelines for roles across the organization.
• Conduct preliminary interviews using standardized screening tools to ensure an equitable hiring process.
• Make an impact on the organization by ensuring we have talented individuals who are passionate about Free2move’s success.
• Spread our culture and values.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• You have a 4+ years of experience as a Recruiter in a fast-growing environment (in-house or agency)
• You demonstrate excellent communication and influencing skills in both French and English (and a third language would be a bonus as more and more hirings are international)
• You understand how reporting and tracking functions work on ATS
• You have strong verbal/written communication skills, organization skills, you are detail-oriented, yet able to analyse and recommend alternatives
• You are able to build and grow an outbound acquisition pipeline of talents
